John Bedding  Exhibition: PAST & PRESENT 1970 - 2011  Exhibition runs fom Saturday 17th September - Saturday 29th October

This exhibition illustrates the progression of John Bedding's work from 1970, with early examples made at the Leach Pottery, through the next 4 decades to his very latest pieces.

'This is a very special show, affording me as it does the last opportunity I have to exhibit my brother John's work; for at the end of this exhibition I am to retire and Glass House Gallery will close.  It also signals the end of the working relationship John and I have enjoyed for almost 30 years.  I would like to add it seems timely that this year, as we take a reflective look at his career, John received the prestigious Michael Casson Memorial Award for 'Services to the Community of Studio Potters'.  - Vicky Banner
